When you initiate a remote
computer training session, remote training software allows us to view your screen. You will be in
control and can terminate the remote session at any time
A hands free headset or speakerphone is highly recommended for remote computer training
Remote computer training requires a high-speed
internet connection and a stable computer. Hardware,
software, or network issues which prevent remote support from
installing, running, or connecting will limit our ability to provide remote computer training
