Remote Computer Support Information and Requirements:
Remote
computer support requires a high-speed
internet connection and a somewhat stable computer. Hardware,
software, or network issues which prevent remote support from
installing, running, or connecting will limit our ability to provide
remote support and may require on-site or in-shop computer repair.
Major computer issues cannot be resolved via remote support.
When
you initiate a remote computer support session, remote support
software allows us to view your screen and provide assistance. You need
to be present throughout the remote support session. You will be in
control and can terminate the remote session at any time.
